Saunas have been used for centuries for the purpose of relaxation and improvement of health. A sauna room is typically heated between 70º to 100º Celsius (158º to 212º F). 


We offer Electrically heated saunas which are similar to traditional wood-burning saunas. Due to its heating design, it is a cleaner alternative with the controlled ability to reach a higher temperature while maintaining low humidity.

Before your session

General Precautions: (according to Harvard Medical School)

  • Avoid alcohol and medications that may impair sweating and produce overheating before and after sauna use

  • Stay in no more than 15-20 minutes at a time

  • Cool down gradually afterward

  • Drink 2-4 glasses of cool water after each session

  • Do not take a sauna when you are ill. If you start to feel unwell or lightheaded during your sauna, step out and drink fluids
